OUR MISSION

PARTNER WITH US

Collaborative, compassionate care is at the center of everything we do.

We provide the very best in assessment and therapy for children, adolescents, and families in all of Central Texas.

If you, your child, or teen is struggling, we can help you sort through your concerns, help you determine a range of next steps, and offer helpful resources, all in the first meeting.

1

CONSULTATION

Oftentimes, people don't know what they need when they call us, and that's ok. In these situations, scheduling a consultation meeting to talk over your concerns, problem-solve, and generate ideas on ways to approach your situation can be all you need.  Consultation appointments are 90 minutes at a fee of $325, and this is the first step if you choose to move forward with testing or therapy with us as well. In order to provide the highest quality of care, we cannot accept insurance, but are happy to help guide you on how to go about finding someone within your insurance network. If you have out of network benefits, you may be able to obtain reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Ask us for more information.

THERAPY

Our psychologists are experts in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and interpersonal therapy from a relational lens. We all have specific training with children and adolescents, and while we also see adults, we take pride in having the additional expertise to partner with the littlest Central Texans to promote growth and change. We also believe strongly in the critical job that parents play in supporting their children's therapy--most of us are parents ourselves, so you will not be excluded or left in the dark regarding what is happening with your child, their treatment, and how you can be their coach and guide in promoting treatment goals between sessions.

ASSESSMENT OR TESTING

When you, your child, or your teen are experiencing difficulties that are multi-faceted or very complex, assessment can be an effective way to get some clarity and make well-informed decisions on what will help best moving forward. It can often be a springboard for new growth and awareness, setting you or your child up for success in ways you may have never considered.
