Logan Bowser (She/Her/Hers) is a pre-doctoral intern within the school psychology program at Duquesne University. Under the guidance of Dr. Shanna Reeves and Dr. Asha Unni, Logan offers psychological assessment and therapy services. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science degree in Child Psychology from Duquesne University. Logan's expertise encompasses neuropsychological, psychoeducational, and psychological assessment, as well as psychotherapy.
Throughout her career, Logan has dedicated herself to serving children and adolescents with diverse academic, developmental, and psychological needs, including those from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Her experience includes delivering psychoeducational evaluations, neuropsychological evaluations, psychological evaluations, and providing consultation and counseling services to students across different educational settings to support the well-being of children, adolescents, and adults.
During her doctoral training, Logan spent three years honing her skills in conducting psychoeducational assessments within public schools in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. Additionally, she gained valuable experience conducting neuropsychological and psychological evaluations on individuals of all ages at a private practice in the same region.
Logan's approach to her work is rooted in biopsychosocial and neurodevelopmental perspectives. She integrates evidence-based, culturally responsive, and affirming practices into her services, ensuring that each client receives comprehensive and personalized care. Logan is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, adolescents, and adults to thrive emotionally and socially through the use of evidence-based assessment, intervention/therapy, and ongoing support.
